Print Process: what happens after order is placed?
Here are the steps followed by the Super Cheap Signs team once order has been created. Read the following to stay in the know about your order process.

| Proof Review | Another designer reviews that design is inline with requirements from customer. Our internal "double check". PRINT AS SHOWN orders go straight to "Proof Approved". | 5-30 minutes | 5-30 minutes |
| Customer Action Required | Proof now in the hands of customer. Approval of both product details and design required. If there is a proof update requested (proof NOT approved), item goes back to SCS Action. | ||
| Proof Approved | Production team will now review and put into production queue. | 1 day | 5 to 30 minutes |
| Production | Physical prepress, printing, and finishing (trimming, cutting, adding grommets, etc.). | 3-6 days | As fast as one day after proof approval.** |
| Staging | Item is now being packaged and prepared to ship or moved to bins for pick up. | ||
| Pickup | Item is ready for pickup from our Austin TX facility.*** | ||
| Complete | Item is complete once picked up or shipping label has been created and been loaded for delivery. Expect email with tracking info by end of day. Shipping tracking number should now be available. | ||
| Hold | Items on HOLD are pending further information before continuing. Contact Customer Service ASAP if you haven't been contacted already. | ||
| Cancelled | This item has been cancelled and will not be produced. However, it can be re-ordered but may raise questions from our team. | This is a permanent state and cannot be undone. |
